App v0.45: Schedule Services & Note for Recurring Appointments

Translations: Deutsch (Deutschland)

Spring is showing its sunniest side. 😎 My office is also warming up more and more, but let’s look on the bright side: fingers are already warm, and typing blog posts is much quicker. With the new update of the app we bring two new features and of course bugs have been fixed again.

Assign people to services

Version 0.45 of the app brings a useful new feature. Now you can not only sign yourself up for services, as you could before, but also request and sign other people up for services! This is super handy, especially if you’re organizing upcoming events or want to help someone get involved. No more back and forth to coordinate dates – you just select the person, ask, and boom: they’re signed up! This new feature makes planning services much easier.

Recurring appointment notes for better planning!

We have also worked on the calendar. From now on, you’ll find a useful function there: indications whether appointments are recurring. This means that you can now see at a glance whether an appointment takes place regularly or only once. This makes it much easier to organize your appointments and helps you to keep an overview.

If an appointment is a recurring appointment, the series setting is displayed under the location.

Other changes

Version 0.45.0

  • “Created by”, “Last modified by” and “On behalf of” are displayed correctly again in calendar entries.
  • The time of invitation is taken into account when sorting chats.
  • Chat messages are correctly marked as “sent” again.
  • Placeholders in customized translations work again.
  • Group editing works again without the administer groups permission.

If this is not enough for you, you will find all changes of this and earlier versions in our Changelog.

We hope you like the new version as much as we do. As always, you may leave praise and criticism in our forum.
