The internal group permission “Create and Copy Subgroups” has been expanded, offering more options for automated emails in routines and simpler tax management within the fiscal year—all to make your day-to-day work even smoother.
Allow subgroups based on group type
The internal group permission “Create and copy subgroups” can now be restricted to specific group types. This lets you define exactly for which types of groups users are allowed to create or copy subgroups. It helps control structures more precisely and prevents accidental changes in other group types.
Send attachments automatically with routines
Attachments can now be included when sending emails via routines. This makes it possible to send forms, information, or other documents directly together with an automated email. It saves additional work steps and makes routines even more versatile.
Delete all taxes for a fiscal year at once
All taxes for a fiscal year can now be deleted in one step via the context menu. This simplifies management when a fiscal year needs to be set up again or cleaned up, and removes the need to delete individual tax entries manually.
