Subtitle for registration fields
Groups with a registration form prove to be a useful tool in many cases. However, especially if the fields queried therein are not self-explanatory, it would be good to still have an accompanying text. Version 3.80 brings this feature for you. You can add an optional subtitle to other group fields. This will be displayed in the registration form matching the field.
Configure roles: Gets QR code
When registering, you can automatically send a QR code that can be scanned later with the ChurchTools app to speed up the check-in process. But what if not everyone needs a QR code?
Now you will find in the group settings as well as in the dialog Configure roles the possibility to set per role if it should get the QR code.
CCLI: Link to SongSelect
Those who plan services with ChurchTools and are responsible for music selection or are musicians may often move back and forth between ChurchTools and SongSelect. ChurchTools is great for planning and if the songs are maintained, then you also have all the necessary resources as attachments there. But especially with new songs you want to check SongSelect again, change the key or see notes.
The jump over to SongSelect is now much easier for you. If a CCLI number is maintained in ChurchTools, then that number is automatically a link to the corresponding SongSelect page.
