v3.123: Meeting Tables, Smarter Exports & Group Info via API

Summer is here – and while others jump into the pool, our features are diving into productivity! ☀️ This update focuses on groups and appointments: clearer tables in the Meetings menu, smarter export options, and helpful group info in the quick search. Developers also get a small but handy boost with the API. Here’s what’s new:

Attendance at a Glance

In the Meetings menu, you can now view the attendance of group members in a table for all filtered meetings. This makes it much easier to compare multiple meetings or spot attendance trends – no more endless clicking.

Export by Member

Meetings can now be exported grouped by members. For example, you can easily see when Max or Sabine showed up – or didn’t. Perfect for reviewing individual group member attendance across several events.

Member Export Adopts Table Columns

The member export is now smarter and adopts the column configuration of your current table view. This means you export exactly the data you see – nothing more, nothing less.

Linked Event Hint for Sign-Up Groups

Sign-up groups now show a helpful hint linking to their related event. That makes it easier to see which service or event the group is connected to – especially handy when juggling multiple sign-up groups at once.

Group Locations in Quick Search

The quick search now displays the location of a group. This is super useful if you have several groups with similar names across different campuses or venues.

More API Power: Groups with Events

For those working with the REST API: All event endpoints now support include[]=group. This lets you retrieve information about linked sign-up groups directly with the event data – perfect for custom tools or external integrations.
