This release includes handy improvements in the group module, new summary options in tables, and a cleaner iCal view. Plus, the accounting area gets a boost with SKR42 and easy receipt uploads. Here’s a quick overview – short and strong, like an espresso after Sunday service!
Send Push-Notification when opening registration
In the new group module, you can now specify directly when opening a registration whether registration notifications should be sent. This means that people receive a push notification in the ChurchTools app if the registration for this group could be relevant for them (depending on the target group, age group and group category).
More insight in the member table
The member table just got smarter: for number columns, you can now display the total, average, minimum, or maximum values. Super helpful if you want to know, for example, how many guests are expected in total or what the highest age in the group is.
SKR 42 accounts now available
In the finance module, you can now use the SKR 42 chart of accounts alongside the existing SKR 03. This is especially useful for churches and organizations following this standard from the nonprofit sector.
Upload receipts in the simple booking form
If you prefer using the simple booking form, here’s a time saver: you can now upload receipts directly there – no need to switch to the detailed form. Bookkeeping just got a bit easier.
ifEqual now compares two dynamic values
The ifEqual placeholder control structure has been improved: it can now compare two dynamic values, not just one fixed and one dynamic. This opens up new possibilities for templates and personalized emails with more flexible conditions.
iCal: identical resources are listed only once
In the iCal feed of calendars, identical resources in the Location field are now only listed once. This results in a cleaner, more readable calendar – especially useful when multiple rooms are used for the same event.
