From automatically closing group registrations when certain status changes occur to accessing group member fields via placeholders – there’s lots of new things to discover! You can now also approve posts directly for publication on the ChurchTools website and use the advanced quick search to find all important actions in a flash. Let’s take a look at the latest improvements together and see how they can make your everyday life easier. Let’s go! 🚀

Search and filter posts

The latest version of ChurchTools now offers you the possibility to search and filter posts. This allows you to quickly and easily find the information you need without having to scroll for a long time. This function saves you time and gives you a better overview.

Advanced quick search for posts

The quick search in ChurchTools has been improved and now also offers actions for posts. With the new version, you can find and select options such as “All posts” or “Messages” directly via the quick search. This makes navigating and managing your posts even faster and more efficient.

Release of posts for the ChurchTools website

You can now share posts directly for publication on the ChurchTools website. This feature allows you to share content quickly and easily so that your parishioners can always find the latest information on the website. To do this, you can select the groups whose public posts are to be synchronized automatically in the Public Relations section of ChurchTools.

Placeholder for group member fields

In ChurchTools you can now use the group member fields via placeholders. This new feature allows you to easily and flexibly insert specific information about group members in your messages and documents. This makes it even easier to personalize your communication.

Automatic closing of group registration for certain group statuses

From now on, registration to a group will be closed automatically if the group status is set to “Finished” or “Archived”. This ensures clarity and prevents new members from logging into inactive or closed groups. This automation saves you time and ensures that the group statuses are always up to date.

Further changes

If this is not enough for you, you will find all changes of this and earlier versions in our Changelog.
