The end of the year is approaching, and many churches are busy preparing for Advent, Christmas, and making their first plans for the new year 🕯️. This is the perfect time to provide you with an update that will be really helpful in your everyday life – especially for those who frequently coordinate or book rooms or other resources.
The new version gives you significantly more options for managing resources directly in the app. This allows you to get things done much faster without having to switch to the web interface.
Your Resources in your pocket
The new update includes a separate area for all the resources you are authorized to see. There you can see at a glance which rooms are currently occupied or available. You will also find direct access to your own bookings here – clearly arranged and quickly accessible.


Manage bookings – confirm, reject, view details
The overview of individual resources has also been completely redesigned. You can now view all upcoming and past bookings, check open requests, and confirm or reject them as needed. For more information, simply tap on a booking and you will see all the details about it.


New highlight: Book resources directly in the app
You can now request resources directly via the app. Select one or more rooms or items, specify the time period and details – done. The utilization display helps you quickly identify available slots. Whether combined in one appointment or as a collection of individual bookings.
This makes planning easier and saves time in everyday life.

Fixed bugs
- When at least four people leave the chat, this is now displayed correctly again.
- For group meetings, only active printers can be selected for label printing.
- The song list now loads correctly again.
- The settings for the start page can now be scrolled again if they are too long.
- The SortKey for various fields when creating people is now taken into account correctly.
- A bug that caused two back buttons to be displayed has been fixed.
- Links that open the app now work correctly again.
- Tapping the active tab now scrolls to the top.
