App v0.64: Group Member List, Group Member Widget, Configure Group Meetings

February not only brings snow, but also fresh updates for the ChurchTools app! This time it’s all about more overview and individual customization in the groups. The group member list is now grouped by status, the group member widget has been redesigned, and there is a separate settings page for group meetings. You can now also create and edit group member fields – perfect for storing important information directly in the group. Sounds good? Then take a look at the new features in detail!

Improved group member list

The group member list is now even clearer! Members are now automatically grouped according to their status (e.g. “active”, “requested”, “to be deleted”) so that you can find who you are looking for more quickly. In addition, there are now subpages for the various group roles, giving you direct access to the relevant information. So you can keep track of things even in large groups!

New group member widget

The member widget on the group details page has been upgraded! It is now tidier and clearer, so you can see more at a glance. This makes administration even more intuitive and allows you to focus on the essentials.

Group meeting settings

There is now a separate subpage for managing group meetings in the group settings. Whether you want to adjust the day of the week, start times or feedback – everything is now bundled in one central location and easier to access.

Create group member fields

You can now create and edit group member fields individually – directly in the app! This means that you can save important additional information about members directly in the group – be it the T-shirt size for the next team shirt, special talents or other relevant data. So you have all the important information right where you need it!

If this is not enough for you, you will find all changes of this and earlier versions in our Changelog.

We hope you like the new version as much as we do. As always, you may leave praise and criticism in our forum.
